This complex helps overcome feelings of fear and anxiety. It soothes the mind and nervousness in times of panic, agitation or confusion that can lead to discouragement and depression.

Properties
The complex consists of the following flowers:
Angélique: Elixir with protective and comforting virtues. For use in deep crisis moments.
Rock Rose: Helps to face the trials with strength and courage.
Rhododendron: Facilitates release of emotions contained in the chest and connected to breathing.
Green Rose: Helps overcome anxiety, distrust or fear caused by external aggressions.
Red Clover: To stay calm when faced with collective emotions of fear, occurring in situations of generalized seizures.
Use
Shake the bottle for about 10 seconds before each use, in order to boost flower essence.
Make 2 spray directly under the tongue.
Take or flower essences with regularity. In general, 1 taken at sunrise, 1 at bedtime and 1 or 2 others taken during the day.
If possible, take flower essences between meals, use of cigarettes and coffee (20 minutes).
For exceptional situations, it is possible to renew more frequently taken without any danger.
For cross cures, it is recommended to take flower essences for a 3- or 4 weeks.
Trick
We can also integrate flower essences in a cream or gel (Aloe vera, for example) for external use, or put a few drops in the bath water.
